Can results be checked (e.g. is the dose-resopnse curve available) because the percentage inhibition data at 20 and 50uM suggest the IC50 should be in the 30uM range

Hi @krisbirchall, yes the initial inhibition values were a bit of a red flag. However, we have now re-tested the IC50 and the two curves appear to agree quite well
The IC50 values from the curves are 0.513 uM and 0.696 uM.
Still not sure what went on with the initial inhibition measurements, they were low enough that this compound was almost not actioned for full IC50sā¦
Also, we are getting an enantiopure version of this compound freshly re-synthesized. Notably, this data is from testing of the racemate.

Can be useful to check for time-dependence of inhibition and always good to check a fresh batch
