I would like to offer support to those wanting structural information of their compounds bound to Mpro/3CLpro. I have expressed and purified multi-milligram-quantities of Mpro protein and have begun setting up crystal trays. If you send me compounds, I can soak them into crystals, collect data and solve the structure of your compounds bound to Mpro. I can collect data here on my home detector or remotely at a synchrotron.
I have experience with solving structures of fragments during the hit-to-lead and lead optimization phases and leading a program all the way to an IND (incidentally, also targeting a viral protein). I would also be very interested in contributing to grants for NIH funding.
