Looking another way, compound 2 is an overlay of (part of) any chromane-like compound (here MAT-POS-4223bc15-3, orange) and Ugi compounds with fluorophenethyl substituent ( MAT-POS-f2460aef-1, pink, and BRU-THA-92256091-17, gray) with additional methanesulfonyl positioned like in LON-WEI-9739a092-9 (not included for clarity)
