I have submitted (PET-UNK-689df078-2) an enantiomer of VLA-UNK-db5e3064-1 and the submission includes a pdb file with a potential binding mode. There is a possibility of nucleophilic attack on the C5 carbonyl by the catalytic cysteine and I’ll mention @JSPEN @mc-robinson @AnthonyA @londonir in case this is of interest.
