Good ideas. The sulphonylpyrimidines are very reminiscent of the Fersht group’s from PNAS: doi/10.1073/pnas.1610421113.
We collaborate a lot with them on the p53 project and I can put you in contact with them to see if they still have their library? Might avoid paying for a resynthesis?

Good idea. I believe these compounds are quickly available for re-order from Enamine, but if the sulphonylpyrimidine HTS hits are confirmed to have decent IC50s, we should definitely see if they still have their library.
