3-methylindole on LHS risks kicking out N-heterocycle
… after all that!!!
we see this all the time on our p53 project… sorry!
Still, it forms a Michael acceptor product, but likely would show high HepG2 tox.

Ahh, devastating! Interesting catch @JSPEN, I have a feeling this design pattern may show up quite a bit, so something to look out for.
