Seems that preliminary docking/scoring revealed good result for this series. It was designed with the aim to have a potential disulfide bond with the cystein residue an undergo to a potental thioacid capture ligation mechanism. Could it be a valid alternative to chloroacetamide warhead? (I am pretty sure that thioacid are not bad smelling…)
